CLA and RISE Submits Comments on EPA’s Draft New Outdoor Use Guidance

CLA and RISE submitted comments on EPA’s Draft New Outdoor Use Guidance, another element of ESA review implementation. Our comments focused on the need for more collaboration between EPA and the stakeholders to establish more realistic pesticide use scenarios (ag and non-ag), the need to right size mitigations, incorporating the body of existing and future research, and better alignment with other federal regulators on when and where to apply mitigation.
