CLA and RISE Support Trade Agreements that Expand Market Access

CLA and RISE recently submitted joint comments to the United States Trade Representative (USTR) Federal Register Notice on Promoting Supply Chain Resilience. In the comments, CLA and RISE emphasized that an approach to trade policy that focuses primarily on supply chain resilience is inadequate and risks creating or exacerbating supply chain issues.
