CLA Submits Comments to Assist USTR In Identifying Unfair Trade Practices

On March 11, CropLife America (CLA) provided the following submission in response to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) request for comments to identify unfair trade practices and non-reciprocal trade arrangements. In these comments, CLA seeks to reduce friction in international trade, eliminate trade barriers, and encourage regulatory approaches for pesticides that are based on science and sound risk assessments in conformity with international trade rules and standards.
