CropLife America President and CEO Alexandra Dunn Responds to SCOTUS Granting Review in Monsanto v. Durnell

Following the U.S. Supreme Court granting review in Monsanto v. Durnell, CropLife America President and CEO, Alexandra Dunn, issued the following statement:

“CropLife America is pleased that the U.S. Supreme Court has decided to hear this important matter regarding the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s authority to assess and regulate the safety and labeling of pesticides in accordance with federal law. The consistency of labeling across states provides important benefits for growers and other users of pesticides and consumers.”
