If registering by mail, make checks payable to "CLA Annual Meeting" and mail with completed registration forms to the lock box address listed on the form. We encourage you to copy registration materials and forward them to other individuals who may be interested in attending. One company check may be issued for multiple registrations.

Note: Conference registration DOES NOT include hotel reservations. Call (407) 206-2400 to make hotel reservations directly with the Ritz-Carlton. Refer to the CLA/RISE Annual Meeting rate of $199/night for single or double occupancy at the Ritz-Carlton, Orlando Grande Lakes. If you prefer to reserve your hotel room online, use the code "CLACLAA" to get the negotiated rate. This rate is only guaranteed through August 24, 2006.

Advance conference registrations may be transferred to another company representative by notifying us in writing prior to the start of the conference. Any changes regarding hotel reservations must be negotiated directly with the hotel. TO CANCEL a paid meeting registration, please notify CLA or RISE in writing. If cancellation is made prior to August 24, 2006, a full refund will be made. After August 24, but before September 17, 2006, 25 percent will be retained to cover financial commitments. No refunds after September 17, 2006. Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Deposits for hotel rooms will be refunded ONLY if cancellation is 7 days prior to your check-in date.
