The International Food Information Council (IFIC), the Center for Food Integrity (CFI) and the National Restaurant Association (NRA) are hosting the 2011 Food System Summit, “Food Choices, Challenges and Realities.” The Summit will host speakers sharing a wide range of perspectives on key food and health issues focusing on four significant topic areas: food animal well-being; nutrition and health; food safety; and technology and innovation.
